Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026

1 · Agreeing to these terms

By using ScriptureTrack you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be at least 13 years old.

2 · What ScriptureTrack is

ScriptureTrack is a free web app for following Bible reading plans and tracking your progress. It will keep evolving — we may add, change, or remove features as it grows.

3 · Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. Keep your email address current; it’s how we reach you when something matters.

4 · Your data is yours

Your reading progress and preferences belong to you. We claim no ownership over them — we only need your permission to store, process, and display them back to you, which is what running the service means. Delete them any time.

5 · Scripture itself

The Bible text you read isn’t ours: reading links open on Bible Gateway or ESV.org, each translation is © its publisher, and those sites’ own terms apply while you’re there.

6 · Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break or probe the service’s security, scrape or overload it, use someone else’s account, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7 · No warranties

ScriptureTrack is provided “as is” and “as available,” free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard on it, but we can’t promise perfection.

8 · Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptureTrack and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this free service.

9 · Ending things

You can delete your account in Settings whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. And if we ever shut ScriptureTrack down entirely, we’ll give reasonable notice so you’re not caught off guard.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.

11 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes get a notice on the site or an email, and the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use ScriptureTrack after a change means you accept it.
